Cloverly Animal Clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland, operates primarily on an appointment basis; however, we also accommodate emergency cases. If you are going to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the visit. Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment Options

Payment for veterinarian services is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Leash Policy

We ask that you have your pet on leash upon entering the vet hospital. This way, you can prepare for any unpredictable reactions from your pet or that of another.
